Worksoft Certify Menu Overview
In Certify, the following menu selections are standard in most windows, and you are able to do the following tasks:

View Menu
The menu consists of specific types of Certify users. Certify's user interface and functionality is tailored for the following selected users:
- Quality Engineer
- Business Analyst
- Administrator
- Manager
- All

Forward |
Go forward from a previous window. |
Upload Certify Users in Portal |
Upload Certify users to Worksoft Portal. For more information, see Uploading Certify Users to Worksoft Portal. |
Refresh |
Refresh the window. Press <F5> to also refresh window. |
Clear Static Data Cache |
Clear the static data cache and restart Certify. |
Clear API Static Data Cache |
Clear the API static data cache and restart Certify. |
LiveTouch - Find Process |
View where an object is used in a process. |
LiveTouch - Find Process (include child objects) |
View where an object and child objects are used in a process. |
Run |
Execute the selected process. For more information, see Configuring Process Execution and Executing Processes. |
Run in CTM |
From Certify, you can start the Continuous Testing Manager (CTM) and remotely execute a process. You must have CTM installed in order to utilize this feature. For more information, see Activating Process Execution in CTM. |
CTM Runs |
View the process execution in CTM. A row appears in the grid for each execution that was requested within CTM. All executions are retained in the list for the duration Certify is running. |
Process Usage |
Open the Process Usage dialog and display the processes that include the select process. This option is only available when a process is selected. For more information, see Viewing Process Usage. |

Microfocus ALM |
Configure your settings for Micro Focus ALM/Quality Center integration. For more information, see Configuring Certify and ALM/Quality Center Integration. |

Solution Manager |
Manage multiple SAP® Solution Manager instances and maintain the three different environments—development, quality assurance testing, and production. For more information, see Worksoft Certify Integration with SAP Solution Manager Resources. |

Worksoft Platform |
Configure your Worksoft platform. The Worksoft Platform is an administration tool that registers database settings, licenses, users, and integrations for Worksoft products. Worksoft applications leverage this information from the Worksoft platform. |
Interfaces |
Connect to Mac |
Connect to a saved Mac configuration. You must configure the connection with the Mac Settings option. For more information, see Configuring Mac Settings to Connect to a Remote Mac. |

Open the Email Configuration tool. Administrators create and maintain Microsoft 365 email accounts for the Email interface. For more information, see Configuring Email Accounts for the Email Interface. |

Image Objects |
Define certain types of graphical objects that can not be discovered using Certify LiveTouch or an interface Learn tool because there is no underlying object to discover. |

Log Collection |
Open the Log Collection tool that collects interface log files and saves them to a ZIP file. For more information, see Using the Log Collection Tool. |

Mac Settings |
Configure your Mac interface to connect to a remote Mac® . For more information, see Configuring Mac Settings to Connect to a Remote Mac. |

Mainframe-LT |
Calibrate the screen resolution of the emulator window. For more information, see Calibrating the Screen Resolution of the Mainframe LT Emulator. |

Mobile |
Open the Configuration Setup. Specify which provider that you intend to use and the information to access it. For more information, see Getting Started with Certify Mobile Learn. |

NetUI |
Configure the NetUI interface. |

PRIMO |
Configure the PRIMO interface. |
Web |
Auto Detect Rules Editor |
Set rules that will automatically specify which Web configurations and definitions to use when a page is learned or captured. |

Configuration |
Open the Configuration Manager. The Configuration Manager is the tool where you create rules for the way a page is learned. These configurations are stored directly to the Certify database. For more information, see Creating a New Learn Configuration with the Configuration Manager. |

Options |
Open the Certify Web Interface Options tool to configure default web interface execution engine, learn configurations, and define eXtensibility Framework (XF) class definitions. User Logins |
With the User Login History tool, an administrator is able to view the following:

Database Validation |
Validate your Certify database integrity. This tool troubleshoots database issues and fixes them. For more information, see Validating Your Certify Database. |
Change History |
With the Change History tool, an administrator can view change history and set conditions to filter the change history results. Also, they are able to export these results to a CSV file. For more information, see Viewing Change History. |
Manage Locks |
Show all current locked Certify entities. Administrators can unlock them. For more information, see Troubleshooting Locked Certify Databases. |
Certify Interface Learn |
Launch the Interface Learn tools. |
