Uploading Certify Users to Worksoft Portal
From Worksoft Certify, administrators can upload Certify users to Worksoft Portal. Worksoft Portal is an administration tool that registers the following data for Worksoft products:
- Database settings
- Licenses
- Users
- Email SMTP settings
- Tenants
- Integrations
To upload users, the Certify administrator must be a Worksoft Portal super user or belong to the User Admin or Tenant Admin groups.
To upload Certify users to Worksoft Portal:

From the Certify menu, select Actions > Upload Certify Users to Portal.
The Upload Certify Users to Portal dialog opens.

Enter your Worksoft Portal sign in credentials.

Click Log In.
After you have successfully connected to the Worksoft Portal, the Export Certify Users dialog opens.

From the Tenant drop-down list, select a tenant for the users.
By default, the Worksoft Portal selects the Certify tenant name that was selected for licensing.

In the Default Password for Users Created in Portal field, enter a default password for the Certify users.
Provide the users' passwords. Users will need to change their passwords.

Click the Export button.
A message opens saying that the users were successfully exported.
If users already exist in the Worksoft Portal, they are skipped during the transfer.
