Collecting All Certify Logs

You can select to save all Certify logs and the Worksoft Diagnostic report to one folder.

To collect all Certify logs:

1. From the Certify menu, select Help > Show Log > Collect Logs.

   The Browse for Folder dialog opens.

2. Browse and select the folder where you want to save all of your log files.

3. Click OK.

   The log files are zipped into the CertifyLogArchive.zip folder with a date stamp.

4. Unzip the folder to view the log files.

To view the Worksoft Certify Diagnostic report:

From the CertifyLogArchive folder, you can access the Worksoft Certify Diagnostic report. From this report, the following information is listed:

• Certify information
• Local environment
• Certify database
• Interface diagnostics

Click the diagnostics.html file, and your browser opens the Worksoft Certify Diagnostic report.

Click on the tabs to view information.
