Worksoft Reporting Services

Worksoft Reporting Services generates comprehensive reports in multiple formats for an audit trail of the business process validation activities. By creating reports, you can automatically generate and share the automated testing results.

You can create your report templates and personalize them with your company branding.

Accessing Worksoft Reporting Services

The URL address for Reporting Services is configured during installation:

https://<server>/ReportingServices

If you have any questions about your specific URL address, please ask your IT administrator.

Designating a User

In Worksoft Reporting Services, you must designate a user that will pull the results information from Certify. One prerequisite is the user must be present in both Worksoft Portal and Certify. For more information about creating users in Worksoft Portal, see Adding Users in the Worksoft Portal.

Another prerequisite is that you must create a token in the Worksoft Portal for the user, which will be used to pull results from the Certify Results API. For more information, see Creating an API Token in the Worksoft Portal.

To designate a user:

  1. Open Worksoft Reporting Services.
  2. Click the Settings button.

    The Settings page opens.

  3. In the Username field, enter a username.

  4. Click Save.
