Uploading a Certify Results File into Process Intelligence

In order to start gaining insight through process intelligence automation, you need to first upload data. You can upload data from the following sources:

  1. Worksoft Certify
  2. Worksoft Capture
  3. Process mining JSON files
  4. Worksoft RPA Orchestrator
  5. Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) files

This topic shows the procedure of how to upload a Certify Results file.

Before you upload a Certify Results file, you need to upload a reference table first. For more information, see Uploading a Reference Table.

Certify Results Exporter

Worksoft provides a separate component to access Certify databases and upload Certify results into Process Intelligence. In order to upload a Certify Results file into Worksoft Process Intelligence, you need to prepare the file first by using the Certify Results Exporter.

To upload a Certify Results file into Process Intelligence:

  1. From the left Process Intelligence Navigation pane, click Data Management.

    The Data Management page opens.

  2. Click Upload File.

    The Upload New dialog opens.

  3. From the Sources drop-down list, select Certify.

  4. Click the File to Upload Browse button.

    The File Upload dialog opens.

  5. Select the Certify XML file you want to upload.

  6. Click Open.

    The file name appears in the File to Upload field.

  7. From the Business Process drop-down list, select an existing business process to associate with the Capture.

    If you do not want to assign a business process at this time, select Assign Later.

    If you want to create a new business process, select Add New Business Process. In the Business Process Name field, enter the name of the new process.

  8. Click Upload.

    A message appears and states the file was uploaded successfully.

  9. Click the Test Automation Results tab to verify that the file was uploaded. If needed, use the filters to locate your file.
