Signing In To Certify Results Exporter

The Certify Results Exporter is used to export results from Worksoft Certify to Process Intelligence. For information on installing and configuring the Certify Results Exporter, see the Worksoft Process Intelligence Installation Guide.

To use the Certify Results Exporter, users must meet the following requirements:

  • Certify user and Worksoft Portal user must have the same user name.
  • Certify users must have permission to access the Certify Results API or Worksoft SaaS.
  • Certify users must be added to the Worksoft Portal. For more information about users, see Adding Users in Worksoft Portal.
  • Worksoft Portal user must have a Tenant administrator role for accessing the Certify database.
  • The Certify database must be registered in the Worksoft Portal in order to pull process results.
  • Certify Results API must be registered in the Worksoft Portal.

To sign in to Certify Results Exporter:

If you are using Certify Results Exporter, you need to register and configure the product in Worksoft Portal. Certify Results Exporter leverages information from the Portal. For more information, see Configuring a Certify Results Exporter Database in Worksoft Portal.

If the database configuration is not set, the Certify Results Exporter automatically prompts you to add a database connection.

  1. Open the Certify Results Exporter at https://<servername>/CertifyResultsExporter.

  2. In the Configuration tab, enter the following Certify Results Exporter database information:

  4. Database name
  5. User ID
  6. Password
  7. Click Save.

    Certify Results Exporter restarts.

  8. Sign in with your user name and password.

  9. Refresh the browser screen.
