Appending a Capture to an Existing Capture

In the Business Capture Automator User Persona, you can append a Capture with an existing Capture.

To append a Capture to an existing Capture:

  1. Click the Business Capture icon on your desktop.

    Worksoft Business Capture opens.

  2. Click the Main Menu button and select Load from Local File.

    The Select Capture File to Load screen opens.

  3. Click the Browse button to browse to the Capture file you want to edit.
  4. Select the file.
  5. Click Open.
  6. Click Save .

    The selected Capture opens.

  7. Click the Main Menu button and select Append from Local File.

    The Select Capture File to Append screen opens.

  8. Click the Browse button to browse to the Capture file you want to edit.
  9. Select the file.
  10. Click Open.
  11. Click Save .

    The selected Capture appends to the existing Capture.

  1. Save your updated Capture.
