Worksoft Process Intelligence v12.0.2308 and Later Versions System Requirements
Before installing Worksoft Process Intelligence, ensure that your system meets the following requirements. Depending on if you are using a physical or virtual server, some requirements vary.
Note: Process Intelligence can not be installed on the same server as Worksoft Portal.
The Process Intelligence server must have public Internet access.

Worksoft Portal and Infrastructure Services
Process Intelligence requires that you install the administration tool Worksoft Portal and all infrastructure services. The Worksoft Portal registers database settings, licenses, users, and integrations for Worksoft products.
Go to the Worksoft Customer Portal to download Worksoft Infrastructure Services. If you already have Worksoft Portal installed, you can use that version. Click here for the Worksoft Portal's system requirements.

Process Intelligence can not be installed on the same server as Worksoft Portal.
Port Requirements
Process Intelligence requires that you use the following ports when configuring your Worksoft Application Server:

Port 5000 needs to be opened in the Windows Defender Firewall on the Process Intelligence server to both inbound and outbound traffic. For information on how to create inbound rule, see Microsoft documentation.
Worksoft Certify
Process Intelligence supports Worksoft Certify v12.0.2103 and later versions in Automator's mode only.

Certify Results Exporter Database Requirements
The Certify Results Exporter is used to export results from Worksoft Certify to Process Intelligence.
The Certify Results Exporter requires ASP.NET Core v6.x Runtime.
You will need to create an empty SQL Server database with one of the following Standard edition database servers:
- Microsoft® SQL Server 2019
- Microsoft® SQL Server 2017
- Microsoft® SQL Server 2016 (SP1)
The Certify Results Exporter database can reside on the same server as your Worksoft Certify databases. For more information about accessing the Certify Results Exporter, see Sign In To Certify Results Exporter.
