Getting Started with Certify Web Learn

Certify Web Learn identifies the objects in the web application, including XF definitions. These learned objects are stored in an application map that is then imported into Certify. After you import your application map into Certify, these windows and objects are used to create processes that will test your application.

The Getting Started section provides a high-level description on how to use Certify Web Learn. For detailed procedures on using Certify Web Learn, see the How To section.

Certify eXtensibility Framework (XF) Definitions

Certify eXtensibility Framework (XF) definitions are created for objects not automatically recognized as defined Certify Web objects. These object relationship definitions specify how the Certify Cross Browser web engine recognizes, locates, and interacts with complex web UI objects in web applications. For more information about XF definitions and whether you need to use them, see Certify eXtensibility Framework (XF) Definitions.
