Navigating the Certify Process Editor
You can do the following tasks in the Process Editor:
- Create new processes
- Edit existing processes
- Run processes
- Edit recordsets within processes
- Debug processes
Accessing the Process Editor
You can access the Process Editor in the Processes window by:
- Right-clicking in the Summary pane and selecting New Process
- Right-clicking on an existing process in the Summary pane and selecting Edit
- Double-clicking on an existing process
- Clicking the New Process
button in the toolbar - Selecting an existing process in the Summary pane and clicking the Edit
button
Menu Options
You can do the following tasks with the Process Editor menu options.

Refresh the Process Editor. |

Copy |
Copy the selected step to the Clipboard. |

Cut |
Remove the selected step and place it in the Clipboard. |

Paste |
Paste the copy or cut step beneath the selected step. |

Delete |
Delete the selected step from the process. |

Runs execution on the selected steps without the Execution dialog appearing. If you have selected several steps, then you will not be able to run execution manually. |

Runs execution on the selected steps, and the Execution dialog s. If you have selected several steps, then you will be able to manually execute these steps by using the Step button in the Execution dialog. |
Debug Menu

Run |
Start the debug process from the selected step in the process. The debugging stops when it hits a breakpoint or the end of the process. Also, when an Execute Process step is encountered, the debugging stops if the current process contains unsaved changes. |

Run from 1st Step |
Start the debug process from the first step of a process. |
|
Step |
Start the debugging for just the selected step. If no steps are selected, the first step of the process is debugged. |
|
Step Over |
When used in an Execute Process step, the process and sub-processes defined in the Execute Process step are executed, and then the execution stops at the next step. |
|
Step Out |
Execute all the steps in the process and sub-processes and stop at the parent process. |
|
Skip |
Trigger skipping a selected step from the debugging session. |
|
Skip Out |
During execution, skip all the steps in the process, including sub-processes, and stop at the parent process. |
|
Pause |
Pause the debug session. |
|
Reset |
Reset the process to the original state. Variables, recordsets, XF definitions, breakpoints, and updated debugging settings are reset to their original state. |

Mac Settings |
Configure your Mac interface to connect to a remote Mac. To add a new connection click the Add + button, and provide the following information:
Click the Test button to validate the configuration. Click the Apply or Save buttons to save the current configurations. To remove an existing configuration, select the configuration from the Saved Configurations drop-down list, and click the Remove - button. |

Auto Detect Rules Editor |
Set rules that will automatically specify which Web configurations and definitions to use when a page is learned or captured. |

Opens the Configuration Manager. The Configuration Manager allows you to create rules for the way a page is learned. These configurations are stored directly to the Certify database. For more information, see Creating a New Learn Configuration with the Configuration Manager. |

Options |
Opens the Certify Web Interface Options tool that allows you to configure default web interface execution engine, learn configurations, and eXtensibility Framework (XF) class definitions. SAP Menu
These menu options are for SAP Solution Manager integration. For more information, see the Worksoft Certify Integration with SAP Solution Manager User Guide.
Help Menu
Opens the Worksoft Help Portal.

Navigation Pane
