Deleting Objects in Application Maps

You can delete imported objects in application versions. Once you have deleted the objects in Certify, they can not be retrieved. If the objects are in use, you will not be able to delete them. Use Process Usage to see if they are being used.

Based on your permissions, you can delete objects from the Applications window or the Maps window. However, if the application version is shared, you must delete the object in the Applications window.

To delete an object:

1. In the Navigation pane, click Applications or Maps.

   The Applications window or Maps window opens.

2. In the Navigation pane, select an application version.
3. In the Windows Summary pane, select a window.
4. Click the Objects tab.
5. Right-click on the object that you want deleted and select Delete.
6. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

To delete a window:

1. In the Navigation pane, click Applications or Maps.

   The Applications window or Maps window opens.

2. In the Navigation pane, select an application version.
3. In the Windows Summary pane, right-click on a window that you want deleted and select Delete.
4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
