Viewing Process Usage of an Object

Use the Process Usage feature to determine if an object is used in a process.

To view process usage of an object:

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Applications or Maps.

    The Applications window or Maps window opens.

  2. In the Navigation pane, select an application version.
  3. In the Windows Summary pane, select a window.
  4. Click the Objects tab.
  5. Right-click on the object that you want to view usage and select Process Usage or Process Usage (including child objects).

    The Process Usage dialog opens.

  6. After you have completed viewing usage, click OK to close the dialog.

To view process usage of a window:

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Applications or Maps.

    The Applications window or Maps window opens.

  2. In the Navigation pane, select an application version.
  3. In the Windows Summary pane, right-click on a window that you want to view usage and select Process Usage or Process Usage (including child objects).
  4. After you have completed viewing usage, click OK to close the dialog.
