Getting Started with Worksoft Business Capture for Mac
The Getting Started section provides information on configuring and installing Worksoft Business Capture for Mac. The How To section provides detailed procedures for using Business Capture for Mac to create and save Captures.
After Business Capture for Mac starts, all interactions within the application are captured. Be careful when entering confidential information because all interactions are retained while Business Capture is in Capture mode.
System Requirements
Before you begin to install Worksoft Capture for Mac, verify that your environment has the needed system requirements:
- macOS® v13, v14, and v15
- SAP GUI for Java v7.80
- Local Mac user with administrator rights (required for installation)
Installing Worksoft Business Capture for Mac
You need to install the following components:

Mac Agent
The Mac Agent is included as part of the Mac Interface installation package and can be found in the following folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Worksoft\Certify\Interface Client\Worksoft\wsTest\Mac\wsMacAgent.pkg

Mac Capture
The Mac Capture package is included as part of the standalone Worksoft Business Capture installation package and can be found in the following folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Worksoft\Worksoft Business Capture\wsMacCapture.pkg

Accessing Business Capture
The Business Capture icon appears on your Dock after installation. Double-click the icon to open the tool.
