Creating a Reference Table

If needed, you can create a new reference table from the provided Worksoft Process Intelligence template.

To create a reference table:

  1. From the left Process Intelligence Navigation pane, click Data Management.

    The Data Management page opens.

  2. Click the Reference Table tab.

    The Reference Tab opens.

  3. Click Download Table.

    A message appears that the file was downloaded successfully.

  4. Click Open File to open the template in Microsoft® Excel®.

  5. To edit the template, click Enable Editing.

  6. After you have completed your edits, rename and save the template.

  7. Upload the saved reference table into Process Intelligence. For more information, see Uploading a Reference Table.
