Creating Documentation from a Capture in Process Intelligence
From the Captures tab in Process Intelligence, you can generate documentation from a specified Capture and save the file as a Microsoft Word® file or a PDF file.
To create documentation from a Capture:

From the left Process Intelligence Navigation pane, click Data Management.
The Data Management page opens.

Click the Capture tab.
The Captures tab opens.

Click the Capture Options button next to the Capture in which you want to create documentation.
The Capture Options drop-down menu appears.

Select Create Documentation.
The Create Documentation dialog box opens.

In the Document Name field, enter a name for your document.

From the Select Template drop-down list, select a template for your document.
Templates that were created by users of the same tenant are included in the list.
To add a new template, click Add New Template. For more information, see Creating a Documentation Template.

Select the type of document you want to create:

Word

Click Create.
An Open File message appears.

Select to open the file in the browser or to save the file.

Click OK.
Document Chain
You can create one document by selecting multiple Captures and creating a document chain. Ten Captures can be added to the documentation chain. For more information, see Adding a Capture to a Document Chain.
