Filtering Reports in Worksoft Reporting Services

In Worksoft Reporting Services, you can filter your reports in the Reports tab to find a specific report.

To filter reports:

  1. Click the Reports tab in Reporting Services.

    The Reports tab opens.

  2. Click the Search button.

    The Reports Search page opens.

  3. In the Datasource drop-down list, select a database.
  4. In the Project drop-down list, select a Certify project.
  5. Select one of the following Filter By options:
  6. Results
  7. Results Folder
  8. Click in the Result field.

    The Pick Results Folder dialog opens.

  9. Select a result and click Select.

  10. In the Report Name field, enter a report name.
  11. Select one of the following Report Type options:
  12. Adhoc
  13. Automated
  14. From the Template Name drop-down list, select a template.
  15. From the Report Archive Name drop-down list, select an archived report.
  16. From the Report Output Format drop-down list, select one of the following formats:
  17. DOC
  18. PDF
  19. In the Report Generation fields, select start and end dates.
  20. Click Search.

    The search results appear in the Reports tab.
