Installing Worksoft Impact Transports in Your SAP System​

Before you use Certify Impact, you must install the Worksoft Impact transport files, which are located in the Worksoft Customer Portal. You need a Worksoft user ID and password to access these transports.

Select the transports that are best suited for your SAP system:

  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP EWM
  • SAP IDES

Your SAP BASIS administrator must install Worksoft Impact transports into your SAP system.

Creating a System or User Account in your SAP System

Certify Impact connects to SAP systems through a Remote Function Call (RFC) by using a configured user account. Use the SU01 transaction code and create the user account with the following information:

To import the Worksoft Impact transports:

  1. Extract the Worksoft Impact transport ZIP file and save it to the SAP system trans folder.
  2. Save the transport files to the following trans subfolders:
  3. Save the K transport file to the cofiles subfolder.
  4. Save the R transport file to the data subfolder.
  5. Sign in to SAP.
  6. Enter STMS in the Command field of the SAP toolbar.
  7. Press <Enter>.

    The Transport Management System page opens.

  8. Click the Import Overview button in the toolbar.

    The Number of Import Queues page opens.

  9. Double-click on the import queue to open it.

    The Import Queue page opens.

  10. From the SAP menu, select Extras > Other requests > Add.

    The Add Transport Request to Import Queue dialog opens.

  11. In the Transport Request field, enter the transport request ID.

  12. Click the Accept button.

    The transport appears in the Import Queue page.

  13. Click the Import Request button.

    The Import Transport Request dialog opens.

  14. Click the Options tab.

    The Options tab opens.

  15. Select the Ignore Invalid Component Version option.

  16. Click OK.

    The Transport is imported.
