Configuring General Settings in Worksoft Impact
From the Settings page, you can specify the following Worksoft Impact settings in the General tab:
- Download server logs

Select execution workflow
-
Clear SAP transport cache

Clear Certify database cache
To download server logs:
- From the Worksoft Impact dashboard, open the Settings page in one of the following ways:
- Click the Settings
button at the top of the dashboard. -
Click the User button and select Settings from the drop-down menu.

In the Server Logs section, click the DOWNLOAD LOGS button.
A ZIP file containing the server logs are downloaded.
The General tab opens in the Settings page.
To select the execution workflow:
You must be a superuser to set the execution workflow.
In the Execution Workflow section, select which workflows are enabled for execution. By default, both the Certify and ALM options are selected.
To clear SAP transport cache:

In the SAP Transport Cache section, select an SAP system from the drop-down list.

In the Transport Number field, enter the transport number you want to clear from the cache.
If you want to clear the cache for all transport numbers associated with the SAP connection, leave the field blank or enter 0.

Click CLEAR SAP TRANSPORT CACHE to clear the cached transport metadata for the specified SAP system.
To clear Certify database cache:
In the Certify Database Cache section, click CLEAR CERTIFY DATABASE CACHE to remove outdated cache entries stored by Certify.
