Using the Perfecto Interface

You can execute scriptless Mobile tests from a Certify process with the Perfecto interface.

To use the Perfecto interface to execute a scriptless Mobile test:

  1. Create a Certify process. For more information, see Creating Processes.

    Next, you will add steps to your process.

  2. Click the Steps tab.

  3. Right-click in the Steps grid and select New.

    A new step is added to the Steps grid.

  4. In each of the following columns, select the following values:

    System 1.0

    Window

    Perfecto

    Object

    Scriptless Mobile

    Action

    Execute

  1. In the Parameters tab, enter the following parameters:

    Parameter

    Value

    Repository

    The repository is the Perfecto storage area where your digital assets are kept.

    Select a value from the drop-down list:

    • PUBLIC - Public Tests
    • GROUP - Group Tests
    • PRIVATE - My Tests

    Name of the test to execute

    Enter the name of the test with the folder path.

    Example:

    Test name = OrderEntry

    Folder name = SalesOrders\EndToEnd\

    Name of the test = SalesOrders\EndToEnd\OrderEntry

    Name of the configured profile

    Name of the Perfecto profile saved in Certify

    URL to the generated report

    URL to save the link to the report generated from the test's execution
  1. Add more needed steps.
  2. Click Save to save the process.
