Enabling and Disabling Certify Users

When users are created, they are automatically enabled to access Certify. Disabled users are unable to access Certify, but they are not deleted from Certify. You must have appropriate permissions to enable and disable users.

To disable a user:

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Users & Groups.

The Users & Groups window opens.

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Users.
  2. In the Users Summary pane, right-click a user and select Disable User or select a user and click the Disable User button.

    The user is not deleted, but the user icon turns gray to indicate that the user has been disabled.

To enable a disabled user:

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Users & Groups.

The Users & Groups window opens.

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Users.
  2. In the Users Summary pane, right-click a user and select Enable User or select a user and click the Enable User button.

The user icon turns blue to indicate the user has been enabled.
