Viewing Process Usage of a Variable

Before you delete or update a variable, you may want to find out which specific processes use the variable.

To view process usage:

In the Navigation pane, click Variables.
In the Navigation pane, select the folder that contains the variable.
In the Summary pane, complete one of the following:
Right-click on the variable and select Process Usage.
Select the variable and click the Process Usage button in the toolbar.

The Process Usage dialog opens.

All processes that contain the selected variable are listed in the Processes Summary pane.
