Importing Capture Files from Worksoft RPA Orchestrator

You can import Capture files from Worksoft RPA Orchestrator into Certify from the Processes window.

To import Capture files from RPA Orchestrator into Certify:

  1. In the toolbar, select File > Open Project to open a project in which the RPA Project option is enabled.

  2. In the Certify Navigation pane, click the Processes button.

    The Processes window appears.

  3. Right-click in the Processes Summary pane and select RPA > Import Capture Files From RPA Orchestrator.

    The Connect with RPA Orchestrator page appears.

  4. In the Worksoft Portal URL field, enter the URL address for the Portal.

    https://<portalservername>/Portal

    Example: https://servername.worksoft.com/Portal

  5. In the respective fields, enter your RPA Orchestrator user name and password.

  6. Click Log in.

    The Connect with RPA Orchestrator page appears.

  7. From the Select Tenant drop-down list, select your tenant.
  8. Click Next.

    The Select Capture File page appears.

  9. From the Select RPA Project drop-down list, select the project that contains the Capture you want to import.
  10. In the Captures list, select the Capture you want to import.
  11. Click Next.

    The Select Application Version page appears.

  12. In the Valid Certify Process Name field, enter a process name.
  13. If needed, select one of more of the following options:
  14. Create sub-processes.
  15. Search all project application versions for match.
  16. Update existing object images.
  17. In the Interface Versions list, select an interface version.
  18. Click Import.

    A message appears and states that the Capture was successfully imported.

  19. Click OK.

    The new process appears in the Processes Summary pane.
