Adding a Sub-Process to a Process with the Drag-and-Drop Method
From the Processes Summary pane, you can drag a process to the Steps tab of the Process Editor to create an Execute Process step for another process. When you use the drag-and-drop method, all associated data, layouts, and recordsets are also copied into the process.
To add a sub-process to a process with the drag-and-drop method:

In the Processes Summary pane, double-click on the process in which you want to add a sub-process.
The Process Editor opens.
- Click the Steps tab.
- In the Steps tab, determine where you want to insert the sub-process into your process.
- In the Processes Summary pane, browse to the process that you want to add as a sub-process.

From the Processes Summary pane, drag the sub-process to the Steps tab in the Process Editor.
If you are unable to see the Process Editor, drag the process to the taskbar where the Process Editor is located in order to open it.

In the Steps tab, drop the sub-process where you want to create an Execute Process step.
An Execute Process step is created within the process.
