Compressing Execution Results

To conserve space on your database, you can compress your execution results. Select one of the following compression options:

  • Keep Summary Only

  • Keep Summary and Failed Steps

    CAUTION: When you compress your execution results, the information is deleted from the database and cannot be recovered.

To compress your execution results:

  1. In the Certify Navigation pane, click Results.

    The Results window opens.

  1. In the Navigation tree, select the folder of the result.
  2. In the Summary pane, right-click on the result you want to compress and select one of the following options:
  3. Compress > Keep Summary Only

  4. Compress > Keep Summary and Failed Steps

    5. A Confirmation message opens.

  1. Click Yes.

    Your results are compressed.
