Adding Layouts to Processes

In the Process Editor, you can add layouts to an existing process. A Certify layout is a collection of variables that define the data in a recordset.

To add a layout to an existing process:

1. In the Certify Navigation pane, click Processes.

The Processes window opens.

2. In the Processes Summary pane, complete one of the following options:
3. Double-click a process
4. Right-click on a process and select Edit

The Process Editor opens.

3. In the Details pane, click the Select Layout button.

   The Select Layout dialog opens.

4. In the Layouts Summary pane, select a layout.
5. Click OK.

The layout appears in the Layout field of the Process Editor.
