Working with Requirement Types

Certify administrators define requirement types and which attributes are visible for each requirement type.

The Requirement Types Summary pane displays all of the defined requirement types. Worksoft provides a predefined requirement type named Standard that you can not edit or delete.

By default, all new requirement types display all attributes.

Menu Options

In the Summary pane, you can use the right-click menu to do the following tasks:

Task

Description

Customize Columns

Display the hidden (Hide) and visible (Show) columns. Change the order of the columns by selecting Up or Down.

Print Table

Print the pane information shown.

Export Table

Export information shown in the pane to a comma-separated CSV file.

New Requirement Type

Create a new requirement type.

Edit

Edit the requirement type.

Delete

Delete the requirement type.

Copy

Copy the requirement type.

Paste

Paste the requirement type.

For selecting multiple requirement types, press the <Ctrl> key while selecting each requirement type. For a range of consecutive requirement types, press the <Shift> key when selecting the range.
