Adding and Editing Values to Attributes
After you create an attribute, you can add, edit, delete, or change the order of attributes that you want visible from a multi-value control type.
To add values to an attribute:
- In the Navigation pane, click Extensions.
The Extensions window opens.
- In the Navigation tree, expand the Attributes folder.
- Select one of the attributes folders.
- In the Attributes Summary pane, right-click on an attribute and select Edit.
The Edit Attribute dialog opens.
- Click Edit Values.
The Edit List Values dialog opens.
- Click Add.
The New Value dialog opens.
- Enter a value in the field.
- Click OK.
The new value appears in the List Values field.
- Click OK
To edit values in the attribute list:
- In the New Attribute or Edit Attribute dialogs, click Edit Values.
The Edit List Values dialog opens.
- In the List Values field, select a value.
- Click Edit.
The Edit Value dialog opens.
- Edit the value.
- Click OK.
The updated value appears in the List Values field.
- Click OK.
To rearrange the order of the values in the attribute list:
- In the New Attribute or Edit Attribute dialogs, click Edit Values.
The Edit List Values dialog opens.
- In the List Values field, select a value.
- Click Move Up or Move Down to rearrange the order of the values.
- After you have completed rearranging the values, click OK to save your new order.
To delete values in the attribute list:
- In the New Attribute or Edit Attribute dialogs, click Edit Values.
The Edit List Values dialog opens.
- In the List Values field, select a value.
- Click Edit.
The Edit Value dialog opens.
- Select a value from the Values List.

Click Delete.
A message appears asking if you want to delete the value.

Click Yes.
The value is deleted from the Values list.
- Click OK.
