Matching Imported Objects

You will need to match newly imported objects with existing objects in your database. Only objects of the same type can be matched.

To match imported objects:

This procedure assumes that you have imported your maps. For more information, see Importing Application Maps.

1. In the Resolve dialog, select a view from the View Controls drop-down list:

3. Table

   The Table view provides more details for the objects.

2. Select an object that you want to resolve.

3. Click Match.

   The Match dialog opens.

4. In the Selected Object field, select the object.
5. In the Possible Matches field, select the object that is a match.

6. Click Match.

   The Match dialog closes, and the Resolve box appears.

   The matched object is marked with a Modified Object icon.
