Importing Application Maps

An application map is an inventory of the application components, and it is the link between the application and Certify processes. Each map is unique to each application version within a project.

To import application maps:

1. In the Navigation pane, click Applications.

The Applications window appears.

2. In the Applications window, click the Versions tab.
3. Right-click on an application version and select Import Maps.

The Import Maps dialog appears.

4. In the File Import Schema section, complete the following tasks:
5. Select an interface in the drop-down list.
6. Select an import schema in the drop-down list.
7. Select the .map file extension.
5. In the Select Files section, complete the following tasks:

6. Click the Browse button to the folder where your map is located.

7. In the Import Files field, select the files you want to import.
6. In the Import Options section, select an option from the drop-down list:
7. Partial Import
8. Full Import
7. Click OK.
