Unlocking Test Assets

Certify prevents users from unintentionally modifying the same process, layout, and recordset. If one of these assets is in use, then a message appears stating that the asset is locked with the name of the person who is already using the asset.

You are able to manually free a test asset that is locked.

To unlock a test asset:

Right-click on the "Locked by <name>" message and select Unlock.

After you unlock the window, you can edit the test asset.
