Configuring CyberArk in Integration Gateway

Worksoft supports the integration with CyberArk®.

Accessing Worksoft Integration Gateway

Listed below is the URL address for Worksoft Integration Gateway:

https://<portalservername>Integration

Example: https://servername.worksoft.com/Integration

If you have any questions about your specific URL address, please ask your IT administrator.

To configure CyberArk:

  1. Open Worksoft Integration Gateway.

    The Integration Gateway page opens.

  2. From the Create Integration drop-down list, select CyberArk Integration.

    The CyberArk Integration page opens.

  1. In the Integration Name field, enter a name for your CyberArk integration.

  2. (Optional) In the Description field, enter a description.

  3. In the CyberArk Service URL, enter the URL address for your CyberArk instance.

  4. In the Application ID field, enter your CyberArk application ID.

  5. In the Safe Name field, enter your CyberArk safe name.

  6. Click Choose File to upload a client certificate.
  7. In the File Upload dialog, browse to where your certificate is located.
  8. Click Open.
  9. Click Upload Certificate to upload the certificate.

  1. Click Test Configuration.

    A message appears if the connection is successful.

  2. Click Save.

    The CyberArk integration appears in the list on the Integration Gateway page.
