Adding Users to Orchestrator Groups

To access the Worksoft Orchestrator, a user must be added to one of the following Orchestrator groups in the Worksoft Portal. Administrators assign users to groups to provide access to specific functionalities of the Worksoft RPA Orchestrator.

Orchestrator Digital Worker Admin

  • Create and edit digital workers.
  • Play and pause digital worker execution.
  • Spy on digital worker execution.

Orchestrator Digital Worker Analytics

View Digital Worker analytics.

Orchestrator Discovery User

  • Download and delete Capture files.
  • Upload, download, and delete RPA Asset files.
  • Specify the RPA deployment type as manual or job queue.
  • Send an RPA project to the RPA Creator.
  • Send a notification with a note.
  • View the RPA project tile count.

Orchestrator DW Log Viewer

View audit log files for all of the RPA projects.

Orchestrator Execution Analytics

View details of the RPA Executions Summary page.

Orchestrator Execution Logs

Download execution log files from the RPA Executions Summary page.

Orchestrator Execution Step Info

Access the Certify Results Viewer from the RPA Execution Summary page.

Orchestrator Production Operation

View Certify and Orchestrator errors in the Executions History section in the Worksoft RPA Orchestrator dashboard.

Orchestrator Project Admin

  • Create an RPA project.
  • Assign and remove users.
  • Send RPA project to Discovery user.
  • Send a notification with a note.
  • View the RPA project tile count.

Orchestrator RPA Approver

  • Execute an RPA Model.
  • View the refresh RPA Model and Capture Files icon.
  • Download Capture files and assets files.
  • Send the RPA project to the RPA Publisher.
  • Send a notification with a note.
  • View the RPA project tile count.

Orchestrator RPA Creator

  • Create an RPA Model.
  • Download and delete an RPA Model.
  • Download and delete a Capture file.
  • Upload and delete an Assets file.
  • Send the RPA project to the RPA Approver.
  • Send a notification with a note.
  • View the RPA project tile count.

Orchestrator RPA Machine Admin

  • Add and edit machine keys and value attributes.
  • Enable and disable machines.

Orchestrator RPA Publisher

  • View the RPA model, Capture files, and Assets files.
  • Refresh RPA Model and Capture files.
  • Publish RPA Model.
  • Deploy RPA Model.
  • Send a notification with a note.
  • View the RPA project title count.

To add users to Orchestrator groups:

  1. Sign in to the Worksoft Portal as an administrator.

  2. From the Worksoft Portal menu, select Portal Configuration> User Group Administration.

    The User Group Administration page opens.

  3. On the User Group Administration page, click the Edit button next to the group in which you want to add users.

    The Edit Group dialog opens.

  1. In the Users section, select the users you want to add to the group. If needed, use the Filter button to filter users.
  2. Click Save.
