Exporting Process Data to a BPMN File in Process Intelligence

In Process Intelligence, you can export the following uploaded process data to a Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) file:

• Captures
• Certify processes
• Captures from Worksoft RPA Orchestrator
• Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) files

To export a process data instance to a BPMN file:

This procedure shows how to export a Capture to a BPMN file. To use other process data instances, click the appropriate process data tab to select the instance you want to export.

1. From the left Process Intelligence Navigation pane, click Data Management.

   The Data Management page opens.

2. Click the Capture tab.

   The Capture tab opens.

3. From the Captures list, select the Capture you want to export.

4. From the Generate drop-down list, select BPMN.

   The Export as BPMN dialog opens.

   

5. In the Document Name field, enter a name for your BPMN document.

6. Click Create.

   A message opens and states that the file was downloaded successfully.
