Creating a Business Process From a Reference Table

You can create a business process from a reference table.

To create a business process from a reference table:

  1. From the Process Intelligence Navigation pane, click Data Management.

    The Data Management page opens.

  2. Click the Reference Table tab.

    The Reference Table tab opens.

  3. From the drop-down Reference list, select Process Reference.

    The Process Reference page opens.

  4. Click the New Business Process button.

    The New Business Process dialog opens.

  5. In the Business Process Name field, enter a process name.

  6. In the Description field, enter a process description.

  7. Click Save.

    The new process appears in the Process Reference page of the Reference Table tab.

To edit a business process:

  1. Click the Edit button next to the process you want to edit.

    The fields of the selected process are now editable.

  2. After you have completed your edits, click the Save button.

To delete a business process:

  1. Click the Edit button next to the process you want to edit.

    The fields of the selected process are now editable.

  2. Click the Delete button.

    A confirmation message opens.

  3. Enter the word DELETE in the text field.

  4. Click Apply.

    The business process is deleted.
