Security
The Worksoft platform requires HTTPS to be configured on the application server before installing any of the platform components.
Also, confirm that TLS 1.2 is enabled.
Latency
For best performance using Certify, the recommended network latency between the database and the Certify API server is under 10 milliseconds and must not exceed 30 milliseconds.
The recommended network latency between the Certify client and the Certify API server is under 250 milliseconds and must not exceed 300 milliseconds.
