Running a Certify Process in the ALM/Quality Center

After adding a Certify process to the Quality Center Test Plan, you are ready to run the test.

You must run the test from the Test Lab. You will receive an error if you execute a test from the Test Plan.

To run a Certify process in the Quality Center:

1. Click the Test Lab button in the Quality Center.

2. In the Execution Grid, select your test and click Run.

   The Run screen opens.

   

3. Select the Run All Tests Locally option and click Run.

   

If all paths defined in the PROCESS line of the test script are correct, the Status field displays that it is connecting.

The Command Prompt window opens and displays the Certify process running.

In the Quality Center Execution Grid, Certify returns the status of the test as passed or failed.
