Installing the ALM/Quality Center Connectivity Add-On Tool

To use ALM/Quality Center with Worksoft Certify, install the Quality Center Connectivity Add-On tool on the client machine. This tool enables Certify to communicate with the Quality Center.

To install the ALM/Quality Center connectivity add-on tool:

  1. Open the Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) site.
  2. Click Tools.
  3. On the ALM Tools page, click HP ALM Connectivity.

  4. On the ALM Connectivity page, click Save when a message asks if you want to save TDConnect.exe.

  5. Run TDConnect.exe. You need to have administrator privileges to run this executable otherwise this tool does not install or register correctly.

  6. After the installation completes, a message opens.

  7. Click OK.
