Verifying Worksoft Automation Extension is Enabled

Microsoft Edge

For information on how to configure Microsoft Edge for automation, see Configuring Microsoft Edge for Automation.

1. Open Microsoft Edge and click the Settings and more icon.
2. Select Extensions.
3. Verify that the Worksoft Automation Extension is enabled. If not, enable the extension.
4. If a Warning message appears about turning off extensions, click Turn on anyway.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Mozilla Firefox and click the Open menu icon.
2. Click Add-ons.
3. Click Extensions.
4. Verify that the Worksoft Automation Extension is enabled. If not, enable the extension.

Google Chrome

1. In Google Chrome, open chrome://extensions/.
2. Verify that the Worksoft Automation Extension is enabled. If not, enable the extension.
