Exporting and Importing Certify Processes and Process Folders
With the same database or a different database, you can export and import Certify processes and process folders from one project to another project.
To export Certify processes:

In the Worksoft Certify Navigation pane, click Processes.
The Processes window opens.

In the Processes Summary pane, right-click on a process and select Export > Export Process.
The Process Export dialog opens.
- If you want to specify a different file name, edit the name in the File Name field.
- If you want to specify a different folder, click the Browse button to select a folder.
- Select one of the following recordset export options:
- Export only referenced recordsets.
- Export all recordsets for all referenced layouts.
- Allow selection of recordsets to export.

Click Export.
The file is saved as a ZIP file.
A message appears asking if you want to open the folder in which the file is saved.
- Click Yes or No.
To export Certify process folders:

In the Worksoft Certify Navigation pane, click Processes.
The Processes window opens.

In the Processes Navigation pane, right-click on a process folder or the project and select Export Folder Processes.
The Export Process Folder to File dialog opens.
- Browse to the folder where you want to save the folder.

Click Save.
The file is saved as a ZIP file.
A message appears asking if you want to open the folder in which the file is saved.
- Click Yes or No.
To import Certify processes and process folders:

In the Worksoft Certify Navigation pane, click Processes.
The Processes window opens.

In the Processes Navigation pane, right-click on a project and select Import Processes.
The Import Process dialog opens.
- Browse to the ZIP file that you want to import.

Click Open.
- If you want to match incoming layouts with existing layouts, select Match Existing Layouts.

(Optional) In the Application Version Mapping section, you can choose to rename an application version by selecting a different version from the drop-down list.
By renaming the application version, you import the application version and their objects without reconciling the imported objects with objects that already exist in the target database.

Click OK.
A folder named Import appears in the Processes Navigation pane.
