Creating Process Folders

In the Processes Navigation tree, processes can be organized into folders.

To create a process folder:

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Processes.

The Processes window appears.

  1. In the Folders tab, right-click the project name and select New Folder.

The New Folder dialog appears.

  1. In the Name text field, enter a unique name for the folder. Folder names can have a maximum of 100 characters including special characters.
  2. Click OK.

The new folder appears in the Navigation tree in the Folders tab.

To copy an existing process folder:

When you copy an existing folder, all the contents of that existing folder are copied into the new folder.

  1. In the Process Folders tab, right-click on the folder you want to copy and select Copy.
  2. Navigate to the location where you want to paste the folder.
  3. Right-click and select Paste.

The folder and its contents are pasted with the same name as the one you copied.

  1. If you want to rename the folder, right-click on the folder and select Edit.
  2.     Note: You cannot delete process folders that have processes being called by other processes. To determine usage, right-click on the process and select Process Usage.
