Creating Layout Folders

In the Data Navigation pane, you can organize layouts into folders by creating as many folders as you want and nesting folders beneath other folders.

To create a new layout folder:

1. In the Navigation pane, click Data.

The Data window opens.

2. In the Navigation tree, right-click on the project or a folder and select New Folder.

The New Folder dialog opens.

3. In the Name field, enter a folder name.
4. Click OK.

The new folder appears in the Data Navigation tree.

To rename a layout folder:

1. In the Navigation pane, click Data.

The Data window opens.

2. In the Navigation tree, right-click on a folder and select Edit.

The Edit Folder dialog opens.

3. In the Name field, edit the folder name.
4. Click OK.

The folder with its new name appears in the Data Navigation tree.
