Duplicating a Recordset with the Save As Feature

You can duplicate a recordset from an existing recordset by using the Save As feature in the Recordsets tab.

To duplicate a recordset:

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Data.

    The Data window opens.

  1. In the Layouts Summary pane, select a layout.
  2. In the Details pane, click the Recordsets tab.
  3. Right-click on the recordset that you want to duplicate and select Save As.

    The Save As dialog opens.

  4. In the Save this item as field, enter a name for the recordset.

  5. Click OK.

    The new recordset appears in the Recordsets tab.
