Navigating Certify BPP
The Certify project’s information is presented to the user through customized web-based screens. Certify BPP consists of the following screens:

Home |
The Certify BPP Home screen provides a summary view of reporting activities. The top pane displays which reports are scheduled for execution, and the date for the next execution. The bottom pane displays recently generated reports. |

Design |
The Design screen allows you to create and edit your report template. Certify BPP provides you with a Microsoft® Word template in which you are able to customize in this screen by adding additional form fields to create a custom report. You are also able to import your own Word templates. |

Automate |
The Automate screen provides the ability to automatically generate reports when a Certify process execution has completed. |

Run |
The Run screen is where you are able to run a report manually or on demand. |
|
View |
The View screen contains reports that have been previously generated. These reports can be opened in a browser or downloaded. |
